At GU-iT Tales, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently using trusted local courier services within the Philippines. Please review the details below to understand how shipping is handled.


SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines through local courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.


PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been handed over to the courier.


DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

  • Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.


COURIER PARTNERS

We ship using reliable local courier services. Courier selection may vary depending on service availability and delivery area.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s policies and delivery schedule.


ORDER TRACKING

If tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.


INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.

GU-iT Tales is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Recipient unavailability at the delivery location

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


FAILED DELIVERY / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to receive, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

GU-iT Tales takes care in packaging orders securely. However, once the item has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or delay caused by the courier.

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide clear photos for review.
